I wanted to take some time to email you a big thank you for a wonderful Great Barrier Reef trip onboard Ocean Spirit III for our USA Incentive Program. Our guests had a wonderful day and were very appreciative of the high standard of service they received from your crew. Everyone made a huge effort to ensure all guests had the experience of a lifetime - they even encouraged first timers into the water !

Most of all we found the vessel clean and well maintained and it is obvious you have carried out renovations in the past few months. Chef has to be congratulated as well, our lunch was varied, fresh and well presented - please pass on our thanks.

I found that the planning of our day was well covered by your staff in Sydney who answered all my questions and were happy to accommodate our groups special requests.

My husband went on a cruise with you guys 19 years ago and booked us to go with you again. He loved the boat and the cruise then and now!!! As it was my first time to the reef I only knew what hubby had told me and it was all true!!

I wanted to give you some positive feedback about one of your employees.

I was really struggling with my first snorkelling experience. Davo noticed it, came over with a flotation device and helped me get the hang of it. He showed me how to get my breathing right and helped me see the coral and the fish. He turned a fearful afternoon into an awesome reef experience... I would never have seen the underwater wonders without his help. Thank you so much...it was a wonderful day!

The cruise and snorkelling was far beyond our expectations and the overall experience was great. The level of service in terms of catering and information from the staff was excellent. I will definitely be recommending this tour to family and friends and would be more than happy to do the tour next time I am in Cairns. All the crew members were very helpful and provided great service.

I was impressed by the tour from the beginning - when I boarded the vessel until the very end, when I sadly had to leave. This was one of the best days of my life due to the friendliness of the staff on board, the food served, the weather, the magnificence of the reef and the above and beyond service I received all day. Thank you for giving me a day I will never forget, this tour was worth every penny and I would pay it again in a heartbeat!

The Marine Biologist was terrific - a true character and very knowledgable. The vessel and the food contributed greatly to the experience we had. It was a great day trip! Thank you.

Thanks for a lovely day. It was our 25th wedding anniversary and Ocean Spirit Cruises made our day! The photographer was very helpful and she had a great smile, the chefs touch was amazing and all the staff were fantastic.

We had a great experience. The crew was fantastic in every sense. The buffet set up for lunch was beyond expectation.

We took the Ocean Spirit boat trip to Michaelmas island on the big catamaran on 3rd October & I just would like to say that the person who showed me how to snorkel was really excellent. I'm afraid of water, but he was so patient & kind so I managed to put my head in, & then he towed me around & showed me various fish, plants etc. I was so stressed I don't even know his name so can't thank him!!

We really loved it. People and service were excellent.

Fantastic experience! Staff were friendly and professional. Snorkelling & submersible experiences were awesome. Possibly in terms of improvement the only suggestion I could add is the buffet is good, but it could be even developed further and key items - e.g. fish ran out without being replenished. Overall the cruise experience was amazing and will be long remembered!

I would like to take this opportunity to extend my appreciation for the amazing experience Michele and I had on Friday cruising out to Michaelmas Cay.

Spotting an eagle ray and 2 green sea turtles was a big highlight for not only us, but also a lot of the other passengers. Michele and I agree that the schedule works well, with minimal congestion as the passengers seem to indulge in different activities at different times such as semi-sub, snorkelling, lunch, sunbaking etc. which spread everyone out and allowed everyone plenty of space to enjoy each activity.

I must say, the staff were very accommodating and looked after each passenger with care and a bubbly personality, some displaying their Aussie larrikin sides which is also a humorous touch to the day. Please pass onto the staff that they did a fantastic job and are all valuable assets to your thriving company.

The complimentary champagne and entertainment on the cruise home was an outstanding addition to the experience and reflected the essence of the relaxed 'Cairns lifestyle' well. For myself, coming from the Whitsundays this is definitely one step above the level of expectation as the cruise companies in the Whitsundays do not offer this type of additional value. It was the finishing touch to a perfect day for both Michele and I.

I just like to forward on a few comments re: our trip to Michaelmas Cay… Having lived in Cairns for 3-4 years now and a regular visitor to the reef with various operators I have to advise you that the last trip was unbelievable in all areas, your staff is so professional and friendly with fantastic service, location was awesome and the Reef was the best I have seen ever!! The cleanliness and presentation of the boat was immaculate! Trudi and I would like to thank you alot and will be back soon. Many Thanks

A big "thank you" to your staff (Richie, Glen and Robbie) aboard the catamaran which took us out to the Great Barrier Reef on 16 February. They were so helpful. My wife had not snorkelled before and would not have done it had it not been for your staff, who persuaded her that having come all the way from England it was a "must do". We saw a turtle thanks again to your Divemaster and the turtle swam with us. It was magical and we will never forget the experience. The whole day was made very special for us and the rest of the passengers in our group (Gotouring) by the helpfulness of Richie, Glen and Robbie. Please thank them for us. We hope to see you again sometime.

I just wanted to drop you an email to say how good your Reef Experience was on Saturday. I've been on 6 different boats to the Reef in the last 18 months and Ocean Spirit dominates. From the boat, reef food to the crew, free Champaign and live music it was a fantastic day. Your crew are fantastic and they really made us all feel like we were the only ones on the trip. But I must say the live music on the way back was HUGE.
