    Ocean Spirit Cruises began operations over 25 years ago when established by a local couple from Cairns.

    In May 1995, the company was sold to Macro Corporation Limited, a public company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.

    In October 2011, Ocean Spirit Cruises was again sold to Australian Cruise Group - a leading Sydney Harbour based tourism business specialising in online marketing, inbound marketing and strategic consultation.

    Australian Cruise Group also operates two major scheduled cruise brands, Magistic Cruises and Sydney Showboats - Market leaders in restaurant quality lunch and dinner cruises on the harbour.
